Responsibilities
- Safely leash and walk dogs in Irvine's residential areas and parks
- Provide real-time photo/video updates to pet parents
- Monitor pet health and behavior during walks
- Administer basic care (hydration, waste cleanup)
- Maintain detailed activity logs for each pet
- Uphold strict safety protocols for all animals
- Build positive relationships with clients and their pets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog handling experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong knowledge of dog behavior and body language
- Ability to handle dogs up to 80 lbs
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Must pass background check and pet care certification
- Availability weekdays (6AM-10AM) and weekends
- Physical ability to walk 3-4 hours daily
