Responsibilities
- Safely walk and supervise dogs of various breeds and sizes in designated neighborhoods
- Provide timely potty breaks and administer basic care (feeding, medication if trained)
- Maintain detailed digital logs of walks, behavior, and client preferences
- Transport dogs to/from vet appointments or grooming facilities as needed
- Adhere strictly to client-specific care protocols and safety guidelines
- Use GPS tracking app to document walk routes and timing
- Communicate professionally with pet owners via text/email updates
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong physical fitness and ability to handle dogs up to 70 lbs
- Excellent time management and punctuality
- Basic knowledge of canine behavior and handling
- Professional communication skills and tech-savvy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Passion for animal welfare and customer service excellence
- Background check and clean driving record required
