Responsibilities
- Safely walk multiple dogs simultaneously while maintaining control and ensuring their comfort
- Provide personalized care, including feeding, playtime, and administering medications as needed
- Maintain detailed digital records of walks, client interactions, and pet observations
- Transport pets to veterinary appointments and grooming facilities using company vehicles
- Communicate proactively with pet parents about their dogs' behavior, health, and needs
- Adhere to strict safety protocols during inclement weather or high-traffic areas
- Participate in weekend and holiday rotations to provide consistent coverage
- Uphold company standards for cleanliness, professionalism, and exceptional service
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional dog walking or pet care experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Current CPR/First Aid certification for pets
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and walk 5+ miles daily
- Strong knowledge of dog behavior, breeds, and handling techniques
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to Fort Worth locations
