Responsibilities
- Safely walk and supervise dogs (1-4 dogs per group) in designated Baltimore neighborhoods
- Provide real-time photo and GPS updates to pet parents during walks
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Track and document pet behavior, health observations, and service delivery
- Clean and maintain all company-provided equipment after each use
- Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog walking or pet care experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Current pet first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to handle dogs up to 80 lbs in diverse urban environments
- Background check and drug screening required
- Local Baltimore residency preferred
