Responsibilities
- Safely walk dogs in Miami's urban and beachside neighborhoods
- Provide real-time GPS tracking and photo updates to pet owners
- Administer basic care (hydration, waste cleanup, leash management)
- Transport pets to vet appointments or dog parks as needed
- Maintain detailed activity logs for each client
- Adapt walking routes based on weather and pet needs
- Uphold strict safety protocols during all interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog walking experience
- Certification in Pet First Aid/CPR (preferred)
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Exceptional knowledge of dog behavior and handling
- Reliable transportation and smartphone with GPS
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and walk 5+ miles daily
