Responsibilities
- Provide safe, attentive walking services for 1-5 dogs at a time
- Monitor pet health and behavior during walks and outings
- Maintain detailed activity logs for each client
- Administer basic care (feeding, hydration) as requested
- Communicate professionally with pet owners via app/text
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and leash laws
- Transport pets in approved vehicles with proper restraints
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic pet first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong time management and punctuality skills
- Ability to walk dogs in various weather conditions
- Comfortable handling large/small breed dogs
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Physical stamina for extended outdoor activity
