Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology vision and strategy for AI infrastructure.
- Architect scalable machine learning pipelines and cloud-native solutions.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, researchers, and product managers.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance at scale.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating new technologies and methodologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps and model deployment strategies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
