Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized product recommendations

Qualifications
- 2+ years of luxury or high-volume retail experience required
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- Strong attention to detail in visual presentation and inventory
- Proficiency with retail management software (e.g., Square, Shopify POS)
- Valid driver's license for occasional inventory transport
- Alaska residency preferred (relocation assistance available)
