Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized luxury customer service through consultative selling and product knowledge mastery
- Exceed monthly sales targets by building client relationships and identifying upsell opportunities
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain premium store presentation
- Manage inventory processes including receiving, stock counts, and replenishment
- Operate POS systems with precision while processing high-value transactions
- Collaborate with team to achieve store-wide sales and client satisfaction goals

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years high-end retail or luxury goods sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in premium environments
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build client rapport
- Proficiency in retail technology including POS and inventory management systems
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and visual merchandising sensibility
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
