Responsibilities
- Execute flawless guest experiences at luxury events with premium attention to detail
- Manage VIP check-in and credentialing systems for high-profile attendees
- Coordinate with security and venue teams during emergency protocols
- Deliver brand ambassador services through product demonstrations and client engagement
- Handle premium beverage service and gourmet food presentation
- Maintain immaculate venue appearance during high-capacity events
- Resolve guest inquiries with exceptional professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- 2+ years of high-end hospitality or event staffing experience
- Professional appearance with ability to maintain formal attire for 8+ hours
- TIPS certification and valid California Food Handler's Permit
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
- Reliable transportation to San Jose venues with flexible availability
- Experience with RFID credential systems and crowd control protocols
