- Deliver VIP-level guest services at upscale events and private functions
- Manage guest flow and ensure seamless venue operations
- Execute complex event setups including staging and decor coordination
- Provide real-time problem resolution during live events
- Maintain strict brand standards for luxury clientele
- Coordinate with vendors and internal event teams
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- 2+ years professional event hospitality experience
- Valid Texas Food Handler/Seller certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand 8+ hours in dynamic environments
- Reliable transportation to event venues
