Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Engage customers with product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of equipment, workspace, and customer areas
- Process cash/credit transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team to optimize inventory and reduce waste
- Participate in seasonal menu development and training initiatives
- Uphold strict health and safety standards during all operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience required
- Expert knowledge of espresso extraction and milk texturing techniques
- Exceptional customer service with ability to handle high-volume rushes
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Strong teamwork skills and positive attitude under pressure
