Responsibilities
- Attend paid training sessions covering event operations, safety protocols, and client communication
- Manage guest flow, ticket verification, and venue access control during events
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Execute setup/breakdown procedures for event spaces and equipment
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure seamless event execution
- Uphold brand standards and safety guidelines in all interactions
- Document incident reports and operational feedback post-event
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Reliable transportation to event locations across Seattle
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy for check-in systems
- Pass background check and drug screening (post-training)
- Availability for mandatory training sessions (2 days)
