- Deliver VIP-level guest service at corporate conferences and luxury social events
- Manage guest flow and ensure seamless venue operations during high-attendance events
- Execute precise setup and breakdown protocols for premium venue spaces
- Provide concierge-level support to VIP guests and event stakeholders
- Maintain brand standards through professional appearance and conduct
- Coordinate with security and venue management teams for incident prevention
- Handle premium catering services and beverage service protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years high-end event or hospitality experience
- Impeccable professional appearance and communication skills
- Availability for evening/weekend shifts with flexible scheduling
- Valid California driver's license with reliable transportation
- TAMS certification or equivalent crowd management training preferred
- Ability to stand 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs regularly
