Responsibilities
- Master espresso brewing, milk steaming, and specialty drink preparation
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of coffee stations and equipment
- Process payments and operate POS systems accurately
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
- Learn and implement inventory management practices
- Participate in ongoing training to refine coffee techniques
Qualifications
