Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional brand ambassador experiences at high-profile events
- Manage guest registration and credential verification with precision
- Execute crowd control protocols while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Operate event technology systems including RFID scanners and mobile check-in
- Coordinate with venue staff and event logistics teams seamlessly
- Resolve guest inquiries and escalate issues to supervisors proactively
- Conduct post-event inventory and equipment reconciliation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service roles
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in dynamic environments
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and polished communication skills
- Basic proficiency with mobile technology and event apps
- Must pass mandatory background check and drug screening
- Certification in CPR/First Aid preferred
