Responsibilities
- Execute VIP guest registration and credential verification protocols
- Manage premium beverage service at upscale cocktail receptions
- Coordinate VIP seating arrangements and priority access control
- Provide concierge-level assistance to high-net-worth attendees
- Execute emergency response procedures for crowd management
- Enforce venue safety protocols and conduct security sweeps
- Collaborate with event producers to maintain brand standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in high-end hospitality or events
- TAMS certification or equivalent security clearance
- Valid Texas Food Handler's permit
- Exceptional crisis management and de-escalation skills
- Fluent in Spanish (preferred) or bilingual capability
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Impeccable professional appearance and communication
- Must pass comprehensive background check
