Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome attendees with a warm, professional demeanor to create a positive first impression.
- Assist with event registration, ticket scanning, and check-in procedures efficiently.
- Guide guests to designated areas, seating arrangements, or restrooms as needed.
- Manage crowd control and maintain order during high-traffic periods or peak hours.
- Set up and break down event materials, including signage, furniture, and promotional displays.
- Answer attendee inquiries regarding event details, schedules, and services.
- Report any safety concerns or equipment malfunctions to the Event Manager immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event staffing is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods (3-6 hours) at a time.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Reliable transportation to and from event locations in the Chandler area.
- Willingness to work weekends, nights, and holidays as required by event schedules.
- Basic math skills for handling cash or credit transactions accurately.
