Responsibilities
- Execute event setups and teardowns following venue protocols
- Manage guest registration and credential verification
- Provide exceptional customer service and information assistance
- Monitor crowd flow and enforce safety guidelines
- Operate AV equipment and point-of-sale systems
- Assist with emergency response procedures as needed
- Collaborate with event teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year event/conference staffing experience
- Valid Maryland hospitality certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of event safety protocols
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
