Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest assistance at event entrances, registration desks, and information booths
- Manage crowd control and ensure adherence to venue safety protocols
- Coordinate with vendors and event teams for seamless operations
- Distribute promotional materials and manage inventory at activation stations
- Assist with setup/teardown of event spaces and equipment
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and brand ambassadorship
- Report operational issues to on-site management team
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
