Responsibilities
- Process high-volume transactions accurately using advanced POS systems
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized interactions
- Resolve payment discrepancies and customer concerns with diplomacy
- Maintain organized cash drawers and reconcile daily totals
- Upsell premium products through product knowledge demonstrations
- Collaborate with visual merchandising teams for seasonal displays
- Train new cashiers on company protocols and technology
- Participate in weekly performance review sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years high-volume cashier experience in luxury retail
- Expertise with modern POS systems (Square, Shopify POS, etc.)
- Proven ability to maintain 100% cash accuracy during audits
- Exceptional communication skills in diverse customer scenarios
- Basic mathematical aptitude with 10-key proficiency
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Spanish bilingualism strongly preferred
