- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an inviting store presentation
- Manage inventory through stock receiving, organization, and cycle counting
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Participate in seasonal promotions and store events to drive sales
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions
- Reliable transportation and flexible weekday/weekend availability
- Proficiency with retail technology and point-of-sale systems
