Responsibilities
- Process transactions accurately using advanced POS systems while maintaining cash accountability
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and upselling techniques
- Handle returns/exchanges with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Maintain organized cash drawers and reconcile daily sales reports
- Collaborate with visual merchandising teams for store presentation excellence
- Train on new retail technologies and inventory management systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years high-volume cashier experience in luxury retail
- Expertise in POS systems (Square, Shopify, etc.) and cash handling
- Exceptional communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Basic math proficiency and transaction reconciliation experience
