Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries in a timely manner
- Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas following company guidelines
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper stock rotation
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized stockroom conditions
- Operate inventory scanning systems and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless store readiness
- Report stock discrepancies or equipment issues to management
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently during early morning hours (4:00 AM start)
- Physical stamina to lift 25-50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management and stocking procedures
