Responsibilities
- Unload and merchandise shipments in the early morning hours
- Organize and maintain inventory in stockrooms and on sales floors
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Conduct daily inventory counts and stock rotation
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless store preparation
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Reliable early morning availability (4 AM-10 AM shifts)
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
