Responsibilities
- Process high-volume cash, card, and digital transactions with 100% accuracy
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and upselling techniques
- Operate advanced POS systems and resolve transaction discrepancies efficiently
- Maintain organized cash drawers and conduct daily reconciliation reports
- Assist with inventory management and store merchandising initiatives
- Train new team members on checkout procedures and service standards
- Implement loss prevention protocols and security best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume cashier experience in premium retail
- Expert proficiency with modern POS systems (Square, Shopify POS, etc.)
- Proven track record of cash handling accuracy with reconciliation experience
- Exceptional communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
