Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee beverages using advanced techniques
- Train and mentor junior baristas on craft standards
- Develop seasonal menu innovations and tasting experiences
- Manage inventory and maintain premium equipment
- Host private coffee tastings and community events
- Optimize workflow for peak-hour efficiency
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years premium barista experience with portfolio
- SCAA/SCA certification preferred
- Expert-level latte art and brewing techniques
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work high-volume shifts independently
- Basic POS and inventory management knowledge
- Passion for coffee education and trend awareness
