Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and cold brews.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting storefront and seating area.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company standards.
- Restock ingredients and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on the guest experience.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and beverage preparation.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about different brewing methods.
