Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Engage warmly with customers, memorizing preferences and building rapport
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of café equipment and service areas
- Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Source and present pastries and light food items attractively
- Contribute to inventory management and restocking operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months café or customer service experience
- Expert knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in high-energy, team-oriented settings
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler certification preferred (training provided)
