Qualifications
- 3+ years specialty coffee experience with portfolio of latte art
- SCAA/SCA certification or equivalent coffee education
- Proven track record in high-volume, high-end service environments
- Expert knowledge of coffee origins, processing, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and guest relationship management
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced luxury service settings
- Availability for flexible scheduling including weekends/holidays
