Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present premium espresso drinks, pour-overs, and cold brews using single-origin beans
- Deliver personalized customer experiences with deep product knowledge and warm hospitality
- Maintain impeccable hygiene and operational standards in a fast-paced environment
- Train junior staff on advanced brewing techniques and quality control protocols
- Collaborate with the team to develop seasonal menu innovations
- Manage inventory ordering and maintain equipment with precision
Qualifications
- 3+ years of specialty coffee experience with advanced latte art skills
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins, roasting profiles, and brewing methods
- Proven ability to thrive in high-volume, premium service environments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Food Handler's certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Portfolio demonstrating coffee craftsmanship (required)
