Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee drinks using premium beans and advanced techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of the barista station and equipment
- Train new team members on brewing methods, menu knowledge, and service standards
- Contribute to inventory management and quality control of coffee products
- Participate in seasonal menu development and promotional events
- Collaborate with management to optimize operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional barista experience with specialty coffee expertise
- Advanced knowledge of brewing methods (pour-over, espresso, cold brew)
- Proven ability to maintain high standards during peak hours
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency and cash handling experience
- Food Handler certification preferred
