Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee beverages including espresso, lattes, and seasonal creations
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of espresso machines, brewing equipment, and service areas
- Manage inventory, restock supplies, and uphold food safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Process payments accurately and efficiently through POS systems
- Participate in sensory training and coffee education workshops
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience required
- Proficiency with espresso machines and milk steaming techniques
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
