Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs with precision and warmth
- Handle high-volume phone calls and reservations
- Process payments and manage cash drawer operations
- Coordinate with security and housekeeping teams
- Resolve guest inquiries and service issues promptly
- Maintain lobby area cleanliness and ambiance
- Update guest records and reservation systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with PMS systems (Opera/Sabre preferred)

- Basic knowledge of Memphis attractions/transportation
