Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Assist in the daily operations of the facility, including inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash with strict adherence to security protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently during peak hours.
- Monitor equipment and report any maintenance or safety concerns to management immediately.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tasks.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
