Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service during evening and weekend hours
- Process payments accurately and manage cash handling
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food delivery
- Maintain clean dining areas and restock supplies
- Upsell specialty cocktails and seasonal menu items
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Assist with opening/closing procedures as assigned
Qualifications
- 1+ years food service experience preferred
- Availability Friday-Sunday evenings (5 PM - 1 AM)
- Michigan alcohol service certification required
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
