As a weekend specialist, you'll be the face of our brand during peak shopping hours, helping customers find their perfect coastal-inspired treasures. This role offers consistent Saturday/Sunday shifts with no weekday obligations, allowing you to balance work with your lifestyle. We provide comprehensive training and opportunities for growth within our expanding retail group.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems while maintaining accurate cash handling
- Merchandise and maintain visual standards of sales floor and displays
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment procedures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekend sales targets
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety compliance during all shifts
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and store opening/closing procedures
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with transaction systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle light-to-moderate lifting
- Reliable transportation to our Jacksonville Riverfront location
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 18+ years old
