Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while handling cash and returns
- Maintain visually appealing store displays and organized merchandise presentation
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Collaborate with weekend team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Assist in store opening/closing procedures including safety protocols
Qualifications
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday, 8am-6pm)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and approachable personality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Must be at least 18 years old with legal work authorization
