Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries in the early morning shift (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory accuracy using RF scanning technology
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure store readiness for daily operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards for heavy lifting
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom and sales floor areas
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shifts (Monday-Friday)
- Previous stockroom or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong physical stamina with ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Forklift certification a plus
- Must pass background check and drug screening
