Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to resort guests during weekend check-ins, check-outs, and daily operations
- Manage front desk operations including reservations, billing inquiries, and guest requests
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure optimal guest experiences
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for weekend functions and private gatherings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and guest facilities
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays reliably
