Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Manage guest check-ins, reservations, and inquiries with professionalism
- Coordinate with dining and entertainment teams for seamless guest experiences
- Handle cash transactions and POS system operations accurately
- Maintain pristine venue standards throughout shift
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during high-traffic periods
Qualifications
- Must be available evenings and weekends consistently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions
- Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Must be 18+ years old
