Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and attentive hospitality
- Manage reservation systems and optimize seating arrangements during peak weekend hours
- Process payments accurately and maintain POS system integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Execute opening/closing procedures including inventory reconciliation
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous cleanliness and presentation
- Address guest inquiries with professionalism and solution-oriented approaches
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and event nights
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transactions
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be 21+ for alcohol service certification
