Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening and weekend peak hours
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts with efficiency and warmth
- Handle reservation systems and manage room assignments
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas

Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability for evenings (5 PM - 1 AM) and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
