Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional manner upon arrival and departure.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and effectively.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, front desk, and common areas.
- Monitor security cameras and premises to ensure a safe environment for all guests and staff.
- Assist in coordinating special events and valet services during high-traffic weekends.
- Process payments and manage cash registers with high accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is preferred.
- Must be available to work evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional appearance.
- Proficiency with computer systems and POS software is a plus.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift light objects (up to 20 lbs).
