Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest check-ins and VIP experiences with professional flair
- Safely manage venue access, crowd flow, and emergency protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for flawless event execution
- Maintain pristine venue standards through setup, monitoring, and breakdown
- Resolve guest inquiries with solution-oriented communication
- Operate technical systems (AV, registration software) as needed
- Document event metrics for continuous service improvement
Qualifications
- Must be available Friday-Sunday evenings (5 PM - 2 AM)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 30 lbs regularly
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with diverse audiences
- Flexibility to work multiple venue locations across Las Vegas
- Basic computer literacy for check-in systems
- Valid NV driver's license (for venue transport)
- Background check required (felony-free history)
