- Provide warm, personalized guest check-in/check-out services during evening shifts
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Coordinate with security and event teams for seamless operations
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards in public areas
- Assist with event setup and breakdown during peak hours
- Report maintenance issues and operational concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (4 PM - 1 AM), weekends, and holidays
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer literacy and POS system experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Nevada work authorization required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
