Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Assist with maintaining store appearance, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly sales and operational goals.
- Handle cash handling and basic inventory management tasks.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Mandatory: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Familiarity with computer systems and POS technology is a plus.
