Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class customer service through personalized interactions and problem resolution
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes efficiently using our proprietary software
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Execute weekend promotions and upselling initiatives to enhance guest experiences
- Uphold strict safety and cleanliness standards across all public areas
- Participate in weekly performance improvement workshops
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday/Sunday 8am-8pm shifts)
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and digital reservation platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual abilities a plus
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Massachusetts Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
