Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm hospitality during dinner hours
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables while maintaining accuracy in order-taking
- Process payments efficiently and reconcile cash at shift end
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless guest experiences
- Maintain immaculate dining station cleanliness and stock
- Upsell signature dishes and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays (4-11pm shifts)
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Strong knowledge of wine/beer pairing fundamentals
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours with frequent lifting (25 lbs)
- Positive attitude under peak pressure situations
