Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized inventory counts and cycle counts in compliance with company protocols
- Safely operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing shipments for quality and accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency and meet daily targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid Texas Driver's License preferred for equipment operation
- Flexible availability including weekend and evening shifts
